Dear Colleagues,
The Pitt Board of Trustees holds only three public meetings a year. Their next meeting will be February 24th at the William Pitt Union. We will gather in the William Pitt Union lobby at 10:30 AM to greet the board members as they arrive.
We are calling on the board to tell the administration to come to the bargaining table with a counterproposal to the compensation article our Bargaining Committee proposed last semester and to prioritize fair pay for faculty in the next budget.
This is a rare opportunity for the top decision makers at the university to hear our voices!
