COMMUNICATION & ACTION TEAM (CAT) UPDATE

Dear Colleagues,

We are only a little over a week away from our action at the Board of Trustees meeting on February 24th. As a reminder, we will gather in the William Pitt Union lobby at 10:30 AM to greet the board members as they arrive and call on them to tell the administration to come to the bargaining table with a counterproposal to the compensation article our Bargaining Committee proposed last semester so that we can negotiate for fair pay for faculty.

The Pitt Board of Trustees holds only three public meetings a year. This is a rare opportunity for the top decision makers at the university to hear our voices!
